Open the Information tab in the Hotel section.
Click on the pencil icon in the row containing the address you want to change.
Enter the new address and click Save.
Please note that if you delete an e-mail address from the system, the Extranet login with this e-mail address will be blocked.
In order to access the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet using a new e-mail address, please send a request to [email protected]. Indicate your property ID in the subject line and the e-mail address for which you need access in the message body.
If you want to retain access to the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet using your current e-mail address, but you need to unsubscribe from any of the incoming mailings, uncheck the checkbox beside the Subscriptions row.
