  1. Make sure that you are using the link extranet.emergingtravel.com. You cannot access the hotelier’s Personal Account via the Emerging Travel Group’s websites (ZenHotels.com or RateHawk.com).

  2. If you have several e-mails with passwords, only use the password that came in the most recent e-mail. Passwords sent earlier are no longer valid.

  3. We recommend that you copy the login and password from the e-mail. Pay attention: the password contains only eight characters.

  4. If you enter the login details manually, then please enter the login and password exactly in the same form in which they are shown in the e-mail, paying attention to the case of letters.

  5. If possible, use Google Chrome as your browser, and not Internet Explorer.

  6. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and then try to log in to the system again.

If you are still unable to log in to the system, please send a request to [email protected]. In your e-mail, indicate your property ID, attach a screenshot of the error page, and indicate which browser you are using.
