What should I do if guest didn't show-up?

If no-show cases occur, please set a booking status to a “no-show” by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to the “Bookings” section;
  2. Find a relevant booking (use filters or the search line for a fast search);
  3. Open the conext menu for that boking (click on the three dots symbol in its line) and select the “No-show” status from the menu.

A “Missed” status is only available during two days starting on the following day from the expected arrival date. No-show bookings are not subject to commission and are not included in the commission invoice.
