Check to see if the details you entered are correct. Note that for properties located in Russia, the system asks for the TIN (taxpayer identification number), and all remaining information will be automatically loaded from the Federal Tax Service’s database.

If the banking details are correct, please take a screenshot showing the error and send it to hotels@emergingtravel.com. In your e-mail, indicate the name of your property, its ID number in the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet, your legal entity’s banking details, and what actions you took before the error occurred.
