How to connect the hotel to the Channel Manager?

If you do not yet work with a channel manager, then you should first choose the most appropriate one from among those with whom we collaborate, after which you can connect it with us.

If you already work with a channel manager, you may:

  1. Select the channel manager with which you collaborate in the self-registration form in the Channel manager field (if you are registering a new accommodation option);
  2. If you did not indicate a channel manager during registration, then you may select it at any time in the Emerging Travel Extranet system in the General Information section in the Hotel tab, Channel manager field.

After you customize the connection in the Emerging Travel Extranet, contact the channel manager support service to complete connection and synchronize the rooms and rates.
