I would like to contact my guest regarding a specific booking (prior/after the booking)

You can contact the guest via the Emerging Travel Extranet. To do this:

  • Access the Extranet
  • Choose the Bookings section
  • Find the guest's booking in the list
  • Click the three dots symbol located at the right side of the booking line
  • Choose the suitable option for contacting the guest ("Message guest" or "Call guest")
  • Follow further instructions
