You can contact the guest via the Emerging Travel Extranet. To do this:
- Access the Extranet
- Choose the Bookings section
- Find the guest's booking in the list
- Click the three dots symbol located at the right side of the booking line
- Choose the suitable option for contacting the guest ("Message guest" or "Call guest")
- Follow further instructions
If you do not succeed in contacting a guest as suggested above, you can use our round-the-clock client service (contact details for the client service: email@example.com).
