If you received a booking for dates that were closed for sale in the Emerging Travel Extranet:
- Check the booking cancellations made for those dates. If the booking is canceled in the system, the room returns to sale and may be booked again.
- If there is no cancelation, then please send a request to email@example.com (in the email show the ID of the accommodation option, booking number, and dates that were closed). Emerging Travel specialists will check the logs of changes to availability and send you their findings.
