What should I do if my property is not available for booking, but it’s still listed on site?

Check whether the status of the accommodation option in the Emerging Travel Extranet really is Closed. If the accommodation option is not closed, send a request to close it to hotels@emergingtravel.com (in the email show the ID of the accommodation option).

If your property is not available for booking but is still listed on site, try booking a room. 

If your property rooms are not available for booking, your property page will soon be unavailable.

If your property rooms are available for booking, they may be provided by our partners. Please check your sales channels: if some of them are open, we get the offers provided by your partners by default.
