How do I set up cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is set up for each rate plan individually.

First, select a required rate plan in the "Rooms" section.

  • If the “Booking cancellation” checkbox is left empty, the cancellation is not permitted for this rate plan and the rate plan is considered non-refundable.
  • If the “Booking cancellation” checkbox is ticked, the cancellation is possible during a certain period before the check-in date (in hours prior to check-in, e.g. 24 hours before the check-in). If the booking is canceled later than the stated period, you can set a cancellation fee. If no cancellation fees apply, select “No” in the dropdown menu.

Extranet Emerging Travel currently doesn’t allow different cancellation policy setups for different cancellation periods. So please specify only one value for a period and one for a fee.
