Unless the legal entity has changed, the Public Agreement doesn’t require any renewals.
But still please remember to let us know about any changes to your bank account details via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need all the alterations properly listed in one email on your hotel’s letterhead, signed and stamped by your accounting department.
As soon as the updates take place, all the financial transactions will use the renewed details.
Please note that the Public Agreement text won’t be updated.
