I still haven’t received a prepayment. What should I do?

If your guest was required to provide his credit card details, go to the corresponding booking notification email and use his/her credit card details from the pdf-file attached to debit the required amount.

If according to your property settings the prepayment is transferred via a wire transfer, please email the relevant transfer details to our Client Support at support@emergingtravel.com following the guidelines below:

If the guest cannot be contacted or fails to transfer the deposit by the deadline you showed then contact us to cancel the booking (contact details – support@emergingtravel.com).
