Why did I get a booking at a wrong price?

If the booking was paid for on the site of an Emerging Travel Group company, you will see the price in the booking notification minus the commission of the booking system that will be sent to the hotel in the reporting period.


If the booking is paid for directly in the hotel and the price differs from that contained in the Emerging Travel Extranet, send a request to hotels@emergingtravel.com (in the email show the ID of the accommodation option, booking number, and dates). Emerging Travel Group specialists will check the logs of price changes and send you their findings.
