Why isn't my property page showing up on your site?

If the accommodation option does not appear on the site, check the Availability, prices, and restrictions table in the Emerging Travel Extranet. The dates that you are checking on the site must be available in the Emerging Travel Extranet. There must be sufficient available rooms on the given dates for the number of guests for whom you are making a request. The restrictions set for the rates in the Emerging Travel Extranet must be observed during the search on the booking site.

If availability, prices, and restrictions are uploaded correctly, then check the status of the accommodation option in the Emerging Travel Extranet. The accommodation option will only appear on the site if its status is set to Available for booking. If you have only just registered the accommodation option and its status is Details being entered and checked, make sure that all required information has been filled in for it. If your accommodation option has a different status, you need to check the reason by sending a request to hotels@emergingtravel.com (in the email show the ID of the accommodation option and its current status).

If the status of the accommodation option in the Emerging Travel Extranet is Available for booking, check when you received the email telling you of the publication of the accommodation option (email subject – Your hotel has been published on the sites of Emerging Travel Group. Please read this letter carefully). If the email arrived less than 24 hours ago then the uploading of information to the site is still not complete, and you need to wait a little for the accommodation option to appear on the site.

If more than 48 hours have passed since publication, then send a request to hotels@emergingtravel.com (in the email show the ID of the accommodation option).
