If the guest is asked for bank card details when making a booking, the payment information will be attached to the booking notification in a PDF file.

If bank card details are not requested during booking, the text of the PDF file will duplicate the text of the notification e-mail.

For security purposes, the PDF file is encrypted using a special password that is linked to the e-mail address to which the notification e-mail was sent. The password for the PDF file consists of six digits and is located in the contact row of the address to which it is linked – see the Hotel tab, Employees and Information section.

Keep in mind that the PDF password is linked to a specific e-mail address. If you receive notifications to several e-mail addresses, use the password that is linked specifically to this e-mail address.
