The cancellation policy is set up individually for each rate.

To do this, please open the Rooms and rates tab and click on the name of the rate you want to set up.

If you want to make it impossible to cancel bookings and the rate non-refundable, leave the Booking cancellation field empty.

If you want to make it possible to cancel bookings before a specified time period, check the box next to the Booking cancellation field. The period is indicated in hours. If a booking is canceled after the specified time period, you can set the amount of the cancellation fee or you can remove this fee by selecting “No”. You can only indicate one time period and one cancellation fee.
