Photos that I uploaded do not appear on the website. What should I do?

If less than three days have passed: this is normal, information is not updated immediately.

If more than three days have passed since the photos were uploaded: please send a request to hotels@emergingtravel.com. In your e-mail, indicate the property ID and attach screenshots from the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet system and from ETG websites that show the discrepancy between photos.
