- Open the Emerging Travel Group Extranet and go to the Rooms section.
- Select the outdated room category on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the Delete button.
- Confirm the action in the window that appears.
Please note that if there are active bookings in the category with upcoming arrivals, you will have to accommodate guests as originally booked or provide them with alternative accommodation options.
