- Open the Emerging Travel Group Extranet and go to the Rooms and Rates section
- Find the outdated room category at the categories' list
- Click on the three dots icon and then pick the Remove room option in the drop-down menu
- Confirm the action in the window that appears.
Please note that if there are active bookings in the category with upcoming arrivals, you will have to accommodate guests as originally booked or provide them with alternative accommodation options.
