How do I contact a guest regarding a specific booking?

You can contact the guest through the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet. To do this, you must:

  • log in to the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet
  • go to the Bookings section
  • find the guest’s booking in the list
  • click on the three dots symbol on the right side of the booking line
  • in the opened menu, select your preferred method of communication (“Message guest” or “Call guest”)
  • follow the instructions further
