You can contact the guest through the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet. To do this, you must:
- log in to the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet
- go to the Bookings section
- find the guest’s booking in the list
- click on the three dots symbol on the right side of the booking line
- in the opened menu, select your preferred method of communication (“Message guest” or “Call guest”)
- follow the instructions further
