According to this work model, your property can only be sold on our B2C websites (for individual travelers only) ostrovok.ru and zenhotels.com.
Merchant – guests pay for their accommodation on the website at the time of booking.
After the guests check out, your part of payment for bookings will be transferred to the banking details that you indicated when you signed the agreement. According to this work model, the property will be sold on our B2C websites (for individual travelers) ostrovok.ru and zenhotels.com, as well as on our B2B websites (for legal entities) b2b.ostrovok.ru and ratehawk.com.
Hybrid – the most efficient work model.
It combines the possibility to pay you directly for bookings and the possibility to pay on the website. This work model means that your property is uploaded on all our company’s online resources, and guests are offered a choice of payment method.
The Hybrid work model is assigned automatically when registering in the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet.
