How to Set Up Email and SMS Notifications

To make it easier to manage bookings, reconciliation, and invoices, we recommend enabling notifications. This way, you will receive important information in a timely manner.

Types of Notifications

  1. Booking Information — instant email alerts about new bookings, cancellations, and modifications.This type of notification is required if you request credit card details: they are not stored in the Extranet and are sent in a protected file to your email.

  2. Digest — periodic reminders (every few days) about bookings with arrivals expected within the next 7 days.

  3. Reconciliation and Invoices:

    1. reminders to complete reconciliation are sent at the beginning of the month;

    2. notifications to pay an invoice are sent once the document is generated in the Extranet.

How to Enable Email Notifications

  1. Go to «Hotel»→ «Information».

  2. On the right side of the page, find the «Employees» block.

  3. Click the edit icon next to the required staff member.

  4. In the «Subscriptions» section, check the boxes for the types of notifications you want to enable.

  5. Click «Save».

If you request credit card details, make sure that at least one active staff member has the «Information on bookings» notification enabled. The data is sent only at the moment of booking and only to the staff member with this notification activated — it cannot be retrieved again.

How to Enable SMS Notifications

You can receive one type of SMS notification: alerts about new bookings.

  1. Go to «Hotel»→ «Information».

  2. On the right side of the page, find the «Employees» block.

  3. Click the edit icon next to the required staff member.

  4. In the «Subscriptions» section, check the box «SMS notifications about bookings».

  5. Click «Save».
