If you want to offer meals as an additional service rather than including them in the room rate, you can set up on-site payment for meals in the ETG’s Extranet.
Go to the “Hotel” → “Terms” section.
Scroll down to the “Meals with on-site payment” block.
In the “Available with on-site payment” field, move the toggle to the right — it will turn green, indicating the option is activated.
Select the meal type from the drop-down list (for example, breakfast, half board, or all-inclusive).
Enter the cost of the service per guest.
What’s important to know
Information about available meal options will be displayed on your property page on ETG platforms. Guests can view this information and order meals directly from your property after making a reservation.
Meal services are not included in the booking price and are not subject to commission.
