How to set up on-site meal payment

If you want to offer meals as an additional service rather than including them in the room rate, you can set up on-site payment for meals in the ETG’s Extranet.

  1. Go to the “Hotel” → “Terms” section.

  2. Scroll down to the “Meals with on-site payment” block.

  3. In the “Available with on-site payment” field, move the toggle to the right — it will turn green, indicating the option is activated.

  4. Select the meal type from the drop-down list (for example, breakfast, half board, or all-inclusive).

  5. Enter the cost of the service per guest.

What’s important to know

  • Information about available meal options will be displayed on your property page on ETG platforms. Guests can view this information and order meals directly from your property after making a reservation.

  • Meal services are not included in the booking price and are not subject to commission.
