All bookings made by users on Emerging Travel Group platforms are automatically considered confirmed. We do not support the "on request" or "upon confirmation" formats — this is important to keep in mind when working with the Extranet and interacting with guests.
Why a booking is considered confirmed
If you receive a booking, it means you have previously set availability and rates for specific dates — either directly in the Extranet or via channel manager. Based on the conditions you specify, the booking is considered confirmed: this is stated in the “Rules and Procedures” document.
According to the agreement, the Extranet is the sole and accurate source of information about room availability, current rates, and booking statuses. Even if occasional notification errors occur, the data in our system is considered the primary source when resolving disputes.
To avoid incidents and effectively manage your sales on ETG platforms, please regularly check the information in the Extranet.
Why upcoming arrivals require additional confirmation
To provide our users with a high level of service and minimize the risk of issues, we send out reminders to all properties ahead of upcoming arrivals. This allows you to verify the booking details and make sure everything is ready for your guests.
Important: The reminder email is not a request for consent or for you to reject a booking. If you are unable to accommodate the guest under the stated conditions, please contact support as soon as possible.
How the additional confirmation works
A notification about the upcoming arrival is automatically sent to the email address registered in your Extranet profile. It contains the dates of stay, number of guests, room category, meal plan, and other booking details.
You need to carefully check the information. If everything is correct, click the "Confirm" button; if there are discrepancies, please reply to the email to report them.
If you do not confirm the booking by email, we will contact you by phone.
Please make sure that your profile contains a valid email address — this will ensure you receive notifications without delay.
