You can contact the guest through the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet. To do this, you must:
log in to the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet
go to the Bookings section
find the guest’s booking in the list
click on the three dots symbol on the right side of the booking line
in the opened menu, select your preferred method of communication (“Message guest” or “Call guest”)
follow the instructions further
