If you provide meals, you can include them in the rate or list them as an additional service in “Hotel” → “Policies” → “Meal with payment on site.”
Providing accurate and up-to-date information is essential to avoid misunderstandings with guests.
To set up meals included in a rate:
Go to the “Rooms and rates” tab.
Open the relevant rate.
Scroll to the “Meal” section.
Select the meal type from the dropdown list (e.g., breakfast, breakfast and dinner, or all-inclusive).
Click “Save.”
Please note: The price for a rate including meals must be set separately — either via your channel manager or in ETG’s Extranet in the “Rates and availability” section.
For example, if a room without meals costs 100 $ for two people and you add breakfast at 300 RUB per person, the total rate should be listed as 160 $ in the “Rates and availability” section.
