On the top part of the web page you can see the status of your property: “Filling in information”, “Ready for publication”, or “Available for booking”.

If the status is “Filling in information”, ensure that all the information about the property has been added to the system: general data, rooms, availability, and prices.

If the status is “Ready for publication”, the process of uploading the property to the websites of the Emerging Travel Group is underway (this takes three business days on average).

If the status is “Available for booking”, information about your property has already been uploaded to the website.

If all the required information has been filled in, but the property’s status has not changed to “Available for booking” for more than three days, please inform us about this at [email protected] (indicate your property ID in your e-mail).
