How can I create a rate in which you can fill in prices yourself?

  1. Go to the “Rooms and rates” section.

  2. Click “Create a new rate.”

  3. Name the rate.

  4. Specify who will have access to the rate (active users, B2B users, or only as part of a package).

  5. Choose the available payment models for the rate:
    Merchant — full payment at the time of booking.
    Agency — payment at check-in.
    Hybrid model — select both options, if using this model.

  6. If you have prepayment, select the option “With deposit charged by the accommodation” and indicate the amount and terms of payment.

  7. If your property has a payment terminal for remote fund debiting, you can collect guests' bank card information to guarantee bookings. To enable this, toggle the “Card details to confirm booking” switch to the right.

8. To set booking restrictions on opening and closing sales for a specific period before arrival, toggle the relevant switch to the right.

9. Define the cancellation conditions. If there is a no-show penalty, toggle the switch to the right and specify the amount.

10. Please indicate the type of meals included in the rate. Meals for an additional fee cannot be temporarily specified in the settings, but this function will soon be available in the “Hotel” section (the “Conditions” tab).
11. Select the room categories to which the rate will apply.
12. Click “Save.”
