Note: Rates can only be added in the web version of Extranet. This feature will be available later in the mobile app.
Go to the “Rooms and rates” section.
Click “Create rate.”
Name the rate.
Specify who will have access to the rate (active users, B2B users, or only as part of a package).
Select the payment models available:
Full payment at booking (“Merchant”).
Payment upon check-in (“Agency”).
Hybrid model (select both options).
If there is prepayment, toggle the “With prepayment charged on site after booking” switch to the right, and specify the amount and terms.
6. If your property has a payment terminal, toggle the “Credit card is requested for booking confirmation” switch to the right to receive guests’ bank card details.
7. Specify cancellation conditions. If penalties apply, toggle the switch to the right and enter the penalty amount.
8. Specify meal types included in the rate.
Note: Meals for an additional fee cannot be specified currently but will be available in the “Hotel” section soon.
9. Assign the rate to specific room categories.
10. Click “Save.”
