What do the “Closed for arrival” and “Closed for departure” restrictions stand for?

These functions allow you to block check-in and/or check-out on specific dates.

For example, if August 15 is closed for check-in, guests will not be able to book a stay that begins on August 15. However, they can still check in on August 14 and remain in the property on the 15th.

The “Closed for departure” restriction must be set one day before the date when check-out is not allowed. For example, if the restriction is set for the 2nd of the month, guests cannot check out on the 3rd.

Important: these restrictions do not close sales of the room. To close sales of rooms, use the Availability tab (see How can I close sales for specific dates?).
