How do I get started with the mobile app?

  1. Download the app for iOS or Android.

  2. Log in to the application using your Extranet ETG username and password.

  3. If you don't have an account, register on the website.

What features does the mobile app have?

The application provides access to the main administrative functions of the Extranet ETG.

  • Manage availability, prices, and restrictions.

  • View invoices and payment documents.

  • Receive notifications about new bookings, cancellations, tomorrow's arrivals, and guests' messages (temporarily unavailable).

  • Manage bookings (sort by properties, creation date, status, payment type, check-in, and check-out dates).

  • Contact guests via chat or call directly from the app.

  • Respond to reviews.

Note: You can create and edit properties, rooms, and rates only on the website.

How do I write to a guest in the mobile app?

1. Go to the “Bookings” section. Use the search bar or filters if needed.

2. Click on the chat icon in the upper right corner of the booking to open a chat with the guest.

Alternatively, click “Send message to guest” on the booking page to open a chat.

Correspondence for each property is saved in the “Messages” section; text from chats can be copied.

How do I call a guest through the mobile app?

  1. Go to the “Bookings” section. Use the search bar or filters if needed.

  2. On the page of the required booking, click “Call Guest.”

For security purposes, an encrypted number is displayed on the booking. This will not prevent you from contacting the guest: the call will be sent to the number specified during reservation.

How do I view bookings with check-in/check-out on a specific date?

  1. Go to the “Bookings” section. Use the search bar or filters if needed.

  2. Set the filter to “Check-in” or “Check-out.”

  3. Select the desired date from the opened calendar.

How do I register a no-show in the mobile app?

  1. Go to the “Bookings” section.

  2. Find the “Payments and fees” block on the page of the required booking.

  3. Click “Indicate a no-show.”

Refer to our separate article for details on bookings with the “No-show” status.

How do I set restrictions on check-in/check-out/stay in the mobile app?

  3. Find the desired rate in the “Rates and prices” block and click “Configure” in the “Restrictions” line.

  4. Set restrictions — for example, close the room for check-in or check-out or set a minimum number of nights per check-in. Click “Apply.”

How do I change prices in the mobile app?

  1. Go to the “Availability” section and select an object and room category.

  2. Select a date or date range from the opened calendar and click “Edit.”

  3. Find the desired rate in the “Rates and prices” block and edit the price next to the number of guests.

  1. Go to the “Availability” section and select an object and room category.

  2. Select a date or date range from the opened calendar and click “Edit.”

  3. Move the “Open for sales” slider to the desired position. Green means the room is open (subject to availability of rooms and prices for the selected date or date range), and red means the room is closed.

  4. Adjust the number of rooms for sale using the plus and minus buttons.

  5. Click “Save.”

How do I respond to a review in the app?

  1. Go to “Menu” and then to the “Reviews” tab.
