A Channel Manager (or e-channel manager) is an external service that enables a property representative to upload information about availability, prices, and restrictions to several sales channels at the same time.
Each sales channel needs to be connected and synchronized separately.
The connection to an e-channel must be made both from your channel manager’s side and from the side of the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet. In order to activate the connection from the side of the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet, please select the channel manager that you work with from the drop-down list in the General Information tab of the Hotel section.
To get precise information on setting up a connection from the channel manager’s side, contact the support service of the e-channel that you use.
As soon as the connection is established, an icon will appear in the top right corner of the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet system, which indicates that connection to a channel manager has been completed.
