How do I connect a hotel to a Channel Manager?

  • Select the Channel Manager you are working with in the “Channel Manager” field of the self-registration form (if you are registering a new property).

  • If you did not indicate a channel manager at the registration stage, then you may select it at any time in the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet system: Hotel section > General Information tab > Channel Manager field.

After setting up the connection on the side of the Emerging Travel Group’s Extranet, please contact the channel manager’s support service to complete the connection and synchronize rooms and rates.
