A channel manager (or e-channel manager) is an external service with the help of which the accommodation option representative may upload information about availability, prices, and restrictions to several sales channels at the same time.* Connection to an e-channel must be carried out both with your channel manager and in the Emerging Travel Extranet. In order to activate a connection in the Emerging Travel Extranet, select the channel manager with which you work from the drop-down list in the General Information section of the Hotel tab. In order to clarify how to activate the connection via the channel manager, contact the support service of the e-channel that you use. As soon as the connection is established, a sign will appear in the top right corner of the Emerging Travel Extranet system, which shows that the object in the Emerging Travel Extranet is connected to a channel manager.
*Note that each sales channel must be connected and synchronized separately.
