What do the “Closed for arrival” and “Closed for departure” restrictions stand for?

These restrictions help you manage check-in /check-out availability periods. For example, if your property bookings are not allowed to begin on August 15th, your guests won’t be able to book a stay which begins on August 15th, but they will be able to book a stay which begins on August 14th and continues during August 15th.
