What should I do if it’s not possible to fulfill a guest’s booking?

According to the agreement with the Emerging Travel Group, all bookings made through the website are confirmed.

In the event of overbooking, the property is committed to accommodating guests in the room they booked or providing alternative accommodation at a higher level while maintaining the cost of the booking.

If you are not able to provide the guest with alternative accommodation, please inform the support center about this by e-mail at support@emergingtravel.com. We will arrange alternative accommodation for the guest.

Bookings for which overbooking has occurred, as well as any additional expenses due to relocating a guest (transfer, cost difference, etc.) are included in the commission invoice.
