«GURU» is a free promotion program for ETG partners that helps highlight your property in search results, attract loyal guests, and increase revenue. The conditions are flexible: you set discounts and bonuses at your discretion and can freeze participation during high season or any other dates you choose.
How the program works
GURU‑guests are divided into four levels depending on the number of completed bookings. For each level, you can configure:
discount size (from 10% to 40%);
mandatory bonuses (for example, breakfast, early check‑in);
optional bonuses (for example, mini‑bar, spa, fitness).

Mandatory bonuses
«Breakfast» — standard breakfast for all guests for the entire stay.
«Early check‑in» — check‑in six hours earlier than the official time.
«Late check‑out» — check‑out six hours later than the official time.
«Room upgrade» — upgrading the room category or improving accommodation conditions (changing bed type, floor, room size, view, providing a room with a balcony, etc., upon guest request).
Optional bonuses
«Mini‑bar» — one‑time mini‑bar refill upon arrival.
«Dinner/Lunch» — one‑time standard dinner or lunch for all guests.
«SPA service» — one complimentary spa service (e.g., massage) or one‑time spa‑center visit for all guests.
«Fitness» — one complimentary fitness service or full‑stay access to the gym for all guests.
«Parking» — one reserved parking spot for the entire stay.
«Laundry» — one‑time washing and/or ironing (up to 10 items).
«Welcome amenities» — for example, a fruit plate, chocolate assortment, or a bottle of champagne.
You may add more bonuses than required for a specific level — for example, provide any bonus for «GURU 1».
Important: if you provide bonuses for at least one GURU level, you must also add bonuses for all other connected levels. For example, you cannot add bonuses for «GURU 2» but offer only an increased discount (without bonuses) for «GURU 3».

Which rooms and rates GURU applies to
By default, GURU conditions apply to the most popular and the most budget‑friendly room categories (if these categories coincide, discounts and bonuses apply to one category).
For maximum audience reach, we recommend adding all available room categories to the program.
GURU offers apply to «BAR‑rates» (standard base‑price rates) and do not apply to package or B2B rates.
GURU discounts stack with other rate discounts. First, the special‑offer discount is applied, then the GURU discount.
Commission is charged on the final booking price after all discounts.
Example calculation
If the base rate is 100$, the active discount is 10%, and the GURU discount is 15%, the final price is calculated as:
100 − 10% = 90$
90 − 15% = 76,5$
How to connect
Go to the «Promo» → «GURU» section.
Choose a connection method:
«One‑click» — discounts are set automatically for all levels (from 10% to 21%).
«Manual setup» — you configure discounts and bonuses yourself. In the «Your conditions for GURU‑guests» block, click «Configure» next to the desired level. Set the discount and number of bonuses, then click «Save».
Make sure the necessary levels and room categories are enabled.
Click «Activate program».
You can change settings at any time — adjust discounts, add bonuses, or include more room categories.
Manual setup example
For «GURU 2» you can provide:
only a discount from 12%;
or a discount from 10% + at least one mandatory bonus.
How to freeze participation in GURU
You can select 30 days per year during which GURU discounts and bonuses will not apply. The property will still keep the program badge and appear in search results under the «GURU discounts» filter.
Freeze conditions
The freeze period does not need to be consecutive — you may choose any 30 days in the calendar year.
You can set freeze dates up to three years in advance starting from today.
Unused freeze days expire on January 1 at 00:00.
For example, if in 2025 you used 20 freeze days, the remaining 10 will expire at 00:00 on January 1, 2026 (Moscow time).
Important: if a booking was made before you set the freeze, GURU discounts and bonuses will still apply. Guests must be accommodated under the conditions stated in their booking confirmation.
How to set a freeze
Go to «Promo» → «GURU».
Find the «30 days without GURU» block and click «Select dates».
Mark the desired days and click «Save changes».
How to remove a freeze
Go to «Promo» → «GURU».
Open the «30 days without GURU» block and click «Select dates».
In the window, click the dates you want to unfreeze.
You can select dates no earlier than two weeks from today — available dates are shown in blue.
Click «Save changes».
How to disable the program
Go to «Promo» → «GURU».
Click «Disable program».
You can reconnect at any time.
To keep the benefits of GURU, we recommend using freeze dates instead of disabling the program entirely.
