In order to increase sales on Emerging Travel Group platforms, you need to make sure that all room categories and rates with which the hotel works are uploaded to Extranet and synchronized. This information is available in the Rooms and rates section. If something is missing you can add a room or rate to it by clicking on the respective button.

Please note that when creating a new rate the hotel owner may immediately set restrictions on payment and preferred sales channel. For example, it would be logical to offer a non-cancelable rate only for payment via Emerging Travel Group, in order to minimize the risk of cancelations.

You can also restrict the area of application of a specific rate — for example, to sell it only to registered users, only via B2B channels, or even only as part of a package offering together with a transport component.
