When all rates are set up, check the “Rates and availability ” section. It is important that availability is filled for the longest possible period, including weekends and holidays — this way, you will attract guests who plan their trips in advance. In Extranet ETG, availability can be set for up to 24 months at once.

How to set up synchronization with a channel manager

  1. Go to the “Hotel” section, “Information” tab. In the channel manager block, click the “Edit” button.

  2. Specify that you have a channel manager connected, select the desired option from the list, and click “Save.” If your channel manager is not listed in the available options for the Extranet ETG, send a request to [email protected].

  3. Go to your channel manager’s personal account. Match the room and rate names in Extranet and the channel manager. Start data synchronization.

  4. Return to Extranet. In the “Rates and availability ” section, check that the synchronization was successful and that the data from the channel manager was uploaded correctly.

After this, rates and availability updates will be pulled automatically from the channel manager.

In case you fill in the prices and availability directly in Extranet:

  1. Go to the “Rates and availability ” section.

  2. Specify the status of the rooms for different dates (the “Room status” line in the side menu).

  3. Specify the number of rooms for sale (the “Rooms available” item in the side menu).

  4. Fill in the prices for each rate in the side menu for different dates in the list.

  5. If necessary, add restrictions (e.g., for arrival or departure).
