If the booking was paid for on the website, in the notification you will see the price minus ETG’s commission, which will be transferred to you during the reporting period.

If, during booking, the guest chose to pay on the spot, and the price differs from the one displayed, please send a request to [email protected].

In your e-mail, indicate the property ID , booking number, and the dates. Our specialists will check the reason why this occurred and inform you about what they found out.
