How to set a cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy can be configured separately for each rate.

  1. Go to the “Rooms and rates” section. Click on “Create rate” or select the “By rates” grouping and open the rate for which you’d like to set the cancellation policy.

2. In the “Cancellation and penalties” block, choose the necessary option:

  • “Free cancellation until check-in.”

  • “Free cancellation before the specified time before check-in, afterward a penalty fee will be charged.” In this case, specify the period in hours before check-in during which a guest can cancel free of charge, as well as the penalty amount for late cancellation. Note that only one period and one penalty can be specified.

  • “Non-refundable rate.”

3. If a no-show penalty applies, toggle the switch to the right and specify the penalty amount.
