Extranet Emerging Travel Group requires two-factor authentication for users — in order to access your online account you will need to enter not only your login and password, but also a special code.

How to get a code

You may get a code in either of two ways: by email or by text message (SMS). Select your preferred way of getting it in the Profile Settings section of your online account.

The average time for the code to arrive is 2 minutes.

How often you will need to enter the code

We request the code in cases of unusual access attempts. For example, from a new device or IP address.
