Open the “Availability and Prices” section.

To the left of the table are the names of rooms and rates. The “Number of rooms” row is located across from the names of the rooms. Click on any cell in this row in order for a pop-up window to appear.

In the window that appears, specify the period that the changes will be made for (for example, from November 10, 2021, to March 10, 2022).

In the “Availability” column of the “Number of rooms” window, indicate the number of rooms of this category that will be available for sale through the Emerging Travel Group’s websites for the selected period.

After making the changes, buttons will appear below the table: click “Save” to confirm the changes in the system, or click “Cancel” to return to the default settings.
