How to Delete or Edit an Existing Room

  1. Go to the «Rooms and Rates» section.

  2. Click the room name or the three dots next to it and select «Open Room».

  3. To delete the room, click the trash bin icon in the upper right corner. To edit the room details, follow the instructions below.

«Information» Section

  1. To change the room size, enter the new value and click «Save».

  2. To change the maximum number of guests on main beds, adjust the capacity by clicking the plus or minus buttons in the «Maximum number of guests» field.

Important: If the room already has bookings for the previously set maximum number of guests, you will not be able to reduce the capacity. In this case, please contact support via chat.

«Photos» Section

  1. To remove photos, click the trash bin icon on the desired image.

  2. To change the main photo, click the star icon next to the selected image. The photo will be reviewed and, if it meets the requirements, set as the main one.

  3. To add new images, click «Add Photo» and upload pictures from your device.

Technical Requirements for Photos

Optimal resolution:

  • Horizontal — from 1024×768

  • Vertical — from 576×768

Acceptable resolution:

  • Horizontal — from 840×460

  • Vertical — from 375×500

Quantity: 3 to 25 photos per room.

Processing and Display Order

  • You can drag and reorder photos, but the final order may differ. We arrange the gallery to display the most appealing images first to increase booking number activity.

  • Image processing on the website may take up to 5 business days.

Photos must not contain:

  • People (except reception staff), close‑ups of food, standalone interior items, guests’ personal belongings

  • City views, cars with readable license plates, animals, landmarks, logos or text

  • Tilted horizons, excessive brightness/darkness, effects, frames, macro shots, rotated images

  • Maps, diagrams, renders (except when opening a new property), images with date/time stamps

  • Christmas/New Year decorations if the gallery already contains enough other photos

Important: For property types such as Apartment, Flat, Villa and other individual accommodations, photos are uploaded only in the property settings, not in the room settings.

«Amenities» Section

Check or uncheck the available amenities (balcony, pet‑friendly, sea view, etc.) in the «Amenities» section.

Updating information on the website may take up to 30 hours.

«Services» Section

You can add or remove extra beds.

How to Add an Extra Bed and Set Its Price

To add an extra bed to a room:

  1. Go to the «Rooms and Rates» section.

  2. Click the room name to open it for editing.

  3. Go to the «Services» section.

  4. Specify the number of extra beds and select their type — child or adult.

To set the price for an extra bed:

  1. Go to the «Hotel» tab, «Policies» section.

  2. Find the «Additional bed availability in rooms» field and enter the price for an adult extra bed.

  3. Go to the «Child Policies» field — here you can set one price for all child extra beds or configure different categories depending on the child’s age.

Important: You cannot add only a child extra bed if the number of main beds is fewer than 6. When adding a child bed, a standard extra bed is automatically activated — it can be booked by both adults and children.

The maximum number of main beds is 6. You can add up to 4 child extra beds. This is the maximum capacity available in search on our platforms.

Note: If needed, you can request adding information about the availability of extra adult beds in the “Additional Information” section on the website. Simply contact support via chat.

«Sleeping capacity» Section

  1. To add sleeping arrangements, click «+Add Configuration».

  2. Specify the bed types excluding extra beds.

  3. If rooms within the same category have different configurations, add each one separately.

  4. Guests tend to prefer familiar bed types: single, double, bunk. Missing these options may reduce booking likelihood.

  5. To replace a bed within a configuration, click the trash bin icon next to it.

  6. To delete an entire configuration, click the three dots next to its name and select «Delete».

How to Delete a Room

If you accidentally deleted a room category, you can request restoration via support chat or recreate it manually.

Method 1: From the Room List

  1. Go to the «Rooms and Rates» section.

  2. Click the three dots to the right of the room name.

  3. Select «Delete» .

  4. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

This method is convenient if you know exactly which room you want to delete and do not need to review or edit it beforehand.

Method 2: From the Room Card

  1. Go to the «Rooms and Rates» section.

  2. Click the name of the room you want to delete — its card will open.

  3. Click the trash bin icon in the upper right corner.

  4. Confirm the action to complete the deletion.

This method is suitable if you want to review the room details before deleting it, ensure it is not in use, or check that it has no active rates.
