How to register a “Entire property”

What is considered a “Entire property”?

This category includes properties that are rented out in their entirety, without being divided into separate rooms or beds. This is the ideal format for guests who prefer privacy and independent accommodation.

Acceptable property types (both urban and countryside):

  • Flat

  • Apartment

  • Private house

  • Villa

  • Bungalow

  • Chalet

  • Castle

Property registration

1. Basic information

Enter the property details:

  • Name: Do not include the type of property (e.g., “villa” or “apartment”) in the name to avoid duplication and confusion.

  • Property type: Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.

  • Number of rooms: Enter the total number of rooms. Please note: since the property is rented as a whole, only one room category is created in the Extranet.

  • Area: Enter the exact area in square meters. This information is especially important for guests when choosing accommodation for larger groups or families.

  • City or locality: Specify the city or other locality where the property is located.

  • Address (street, building): Make sure that the point on the map matches the address provided. If not, contact Support after completing the registration.
If the required address is not available on the map, please mark the nearest location to the property. After finishing registration and contract creation, contact Support.

  • Number of guests: Specify the number of main sleeping places (maximum — 6), not including extra beds.

Once all fields are completed, click “Register property.”

2. Data verification

Review the information you provided. If you notice any inaccuracies, make the necessary changes before moving to the next step.

3. Base rate

Enter the base nightly rate. If the price varies depending on season, day of the week, or other factors, you will be able to set up flexible rates later in the “Availability and rates” section.

4. Property photos

Photos are one of the key factors influencing a guest’s decision to book. Upload images showing:

  • General view of the property

  • Sleeping areas

  • Living room

  • Kitchen

  • Bathroom

  • Entrance area

  • Reception desk (if applicable)

The following types of photos are not allowed for publication:

  • People (except front desk staff)

  • Close-ups of food

  • Guests’ personal belongings

  • Macro shots, cityscapes, landmarks

  • Animals, cars with readable license plates

  • Logos, texts, watermarks

  • Crooked horizon or heavily tilted images

  • Poor lighting, blurriness, graininess

  • Effects, filters, frames

  • Upside-down photos

  • Christmas/New Year decorations (unless there are plenty of other photos in the gallery)

  • Renderings, collages, illustrations (except for new properties preparing to open)

  • Timestamps and dates

  • Maps and diagrams

Photos must be high quality and accurately represent the current state of the property. You can read more detailed photo requirements in a separate article.

5. Amenities

Specify all amenities available at your property. This information will appear in search filters and help guests find a suitable option more quickly.

6. Guest information

  • Phone number: Will be included in the voucher and available to guests.

  • Email: Guest messages from the dashboard chat will also be forwarded here. If you reply to an email, your response will be sent to the guest’s chat.

  • Property website: Used for internal verification and information purposes.

  • Check-in and check-out times: Shown on the site and in the voucher. It's important to provide accurate times to avoid disputes with guests.

  • Key handover method: Choose an option from the dropdown list, such as: handed over in person, door code, safe box, etc.

  • Special offers: Select any special rates you wish to offer guests. Outdated offers can be disabled or deleted later.

After completing all the information, click “Proceed to contract creation”.
