  • Official name

  • Hotel chain (if applicable): If your property is part of a chain listed in our system, select it from the dropdown menu.

  • City or locality where the property is located.

  • Address (street and building): Make sure the location on the map matches the address provided. If it doesn’t, after completing registration, contact Support.
If the exact address isn’t available on the map, use the nearest to your property. After completing registration, reach out to Support.

  • Once all fields are filled, click the “Register Property” button.

Step 2. Property photos

Upload photos of the property’s common areas: entrance, reception desk, lobby.

Important: Room photos should be uploaded later, at the room category creation stage.

The following photos are not allowed:

Step 3. Amenities

Step 4. Guest Information

  • Phone — will appear in the voucher and be available to guests.

  • Email — guest messages from the dashboard chat will also be forwarded here. Replies to emails will go to the guest’s chat inbox.

  • Property website — used for internal confirmation and information purposes.

  • Check-in and check-out times — shown on the website and in the voucher. Make sure to provide accurate times to avoid disputes with guests.

  • Front desk hours — Select the appropriate working hours from the available options. If check-in is not available 24/7, select “Available during specific hours” and specify those hours.

Once all information is completed, click “Proceed to room creation.”

Creating room categories

For each room category, fill out several information blocks:

  • Category name: Choose one from the list or enter your own (for example, “Standard”, “Suite”).

  • Number of main guests: Indicate the number of main beds (maximum — 6), not including extra beds.

  • Room size: Specify the exact area in square meters.

  • Number of rooms in this category: State how many rooms of this type your property offers.
