To check your property's basic information, go to the “Hotel” → “Information” section. To edit this data, click “Edit” in the “About the property” block.
Please enter information carefully — these details are displayed on ETG platforms and in guest vouchers. Incorrect information may result in incidents.
1. Property type
This is selected during registration and determines:
Which search filter your property falls under
Which user categories can register the property
Whether the property will be classified.
If you selected the incorrect property type during registration, send a correction request in the Support chat.
2. Number of rooms
The specified value is displayed on the property page on ETG platforms but does not affect the number of rooms available for sale. Availability should be set separately in the “Availability and rates” section or via channel manager.
If you need to change the number of rooms, please send a request in the Support chat.
3. Time zone
Displayed in UTC format (for example, UTC+3:00).
Automatically determined based on the property’s location.
If you need to change the time zone, please send a request in the Support chat.
4. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in and check-out times can influence guests’ decision to book or to request early check-in or late check-out.
5. Front desk
This information is critical for guests and affects the possibility of checking in and out at certain times. Please indicate the real front desk operating hours to avoid incidents.
Choose one of three options:
No front desk: Guests receive keys or instructions through a separate arrangement. Check-in time is not restricted.
Front desk operates at specific hours: Indicate the time frame during which you welcome guests (e.g., 8:00 to 20:00). If a guest arrives outside these hours and you can't check them in, it won’t be considered an incident.
Front desk operates 24/7: By selecting this, you guarantee the possibility for guests to check in or out at any time.
Indicate the property's star rating.
Additional fields for “Entire property” type
Floor: Indicate which floor the property is located on. This is important for guests, especially if there is no elevator or it may be unavailable.
Number of rooms: Together with photos, this helps guests understand the property's layout.
Contactless check-in: Indicate whether guests can check in without face-to-face contact with the owner or staff. Describe the method of key or code handover (electronic lock, keypad, key safe, etc.).
After completing all the fields, click “Save.” If you have questions or need assistance, please send a request in the Support chat; our specialists will help you complete the “About the property” section.
