How to get started with the app
Download the app for iOS or Android.
Log in to the app (enter your ETG’s Extranet account username and password).
If you don’t have an account yet, register on the website.
What features are available in the app?
The app includes the main administrative functions of ETG’s Extranet, including:
Creating and editing basic rates.
Creating and editing room types.
Editing the property’s general information and photos.
Updating the “Information for guests” section.
Updating the “Employees” section.
Connecting a channel manager.
Managing the GURU program.
Managing availability, prices, and policies (detailed instructions are provided in a separate article).
Managing bookings (sort by property, creation date, status, payment type, and stay dates), and viewing booking details, including children’s ages.
Viewing invoices and payout documents.
Receiving notifications about new bookings, cancellations, upcoming arrivals, and guest messages.
Contacting guests via chat or phone directly from the app.
Replying to reviews and publishing responses.
How to message a guest in the app?
Go to “Bookings”. If needed, use the search bar or filters.
Tap the chat icon in the top right corner of the booking, or tap “Send message to guest” on the booking page.
Conversations for each property are saved in the “Messages” section. You can copy text from chats.
How to call a guest via the app?
Go to “Bookings”. If needed, use the search bar or filters.
On the booking page, tap “Call guest”, then “Call”.
For security reasons, the booking shows an encrypted number. Encryption won’t prevent you from reaching the guest — the call will be routed to the number provided during booking.
How to view bookings with check-in or check-out on a specific date?
Go to “Bookings”. If needed, use the search bar or filters.
Set the “Check-in” or “Check-out” filter.
In the calendar that opens, select the required date.
How to mark a no-show in the app?
Go to “Bookings”.
Find the “Payments and fees” block on the booking page.
Tap “Indicate a no-show”.

How to manage room availability in the app?
Go to “Availability”. If needed, select a property.
Select a room category.
In the calendar, choose a date or date range and tap “Edit”.
Move the “Open for sales” slider to the required position.
Green means the room is open (if rooms and prices are set for the selected date or date range).
Red means the room is closed.
Change the number of rooms available for sale using the plus and minus buttons.
Tap “Save”.
How to reply to a review in the app?
Select “Reviews” from the menu. If needed, select a property.
Select the review you want to reply to.
Tap “Write a reply” in the field under the review and type your message .
Tap “Send reply”.
How to view invoices and closing documents?
Select “Bills” from the menu. If needed, select a property.
To view and download documents, use the “Bills to be paid” and “Your payouts” tabs.
How to edit general property information?
Select “Property” from the menu. If needed, select a property.
Here you can edit photos, general information, guest information, and connect a channel manager. Tap the pencil icon next to the section you want to edit.
How to edit room information?
Select “Rooms and rates” from the menu. If needed, select a property.
Tap the room name.
In the dropdown at the top, choose the section you want to edit.
Make changes.
Tap “Save”.
How to edit and create rates?
Select “Rooms and rates” from the menu. If needed, select a property.
Open the “Rates” tab.
Tap an existing rate name, or tap “Create rate” at the bottom of the screen.
Set up the new rate or make the required changes.
Tap “Save”.
How to connect the GURU program and manage settings?
Select “GURU Loyalty Program” from the menu. If needed, select a property.
Connect the program or make the required changes.
Tap “Save”.
