Activating your property is a crucial step required to begin operations and receive bookings. Below are the steps you need to follow to make your property available on ETG platforms.
1. Check the property status
The property status is displayed in the Extranet next to the property name.
Registration incomplete — means that not all required information has been provided. What you need to do:
Upload photos of the property and rooms
Specify available services
Create room categories and rates
Accept the offer agreement
A progress indicator in your account helps track your completion stages. As you enter data, the icons update to reflect the current status.
On review — all data has been entered, and the property is now under review. This process can take up to 14 days. Please wait for an email from the Property Moderation team.
In publishing — the property has successfully passed moderation and is being prepared for listing on the websites. At this stage, it is important to have all data completed in the Extranet (see step 4 for details) and to ensure current rates and availability are set to avoid booking issues.
Active — the property is published and available for booking. Please check that rates and availability are up to date.
Closed— the property is hidden from search results and unavailable for booking. To change the status to “Active,” please contact support.
3. Identity verification
Identity verification is a mandatory step in moderation. Prepare a valid ID document (such as a passport) and click “Confirmation of identity” in your profile settings. You can find detailed instructions in a separate article.
After successful verification, you can proceed with the activation process.
4. Data verification
Make sure that all property information is uploaded and correctly displayed in the Extranet:
High-quality photos of the property and rooms are uploaded
A complete list of services and amenities is provided
All room categories are created
Current rates and prices are set
The address is entered in the correct text format (including the street name, building number, and city)
Property information and key collection details are fully filled out in the “Hotel” section
